Kristoffer Huball is a professional director, performer and reference puppeteer for both stage and HETV. He specialises in both movement based and outdoor spectacle work.

Since graduating fourteen years a go from L’Ecole Internationale de Theatre Jacques Lecoq, Paris, he has worked with organisations and artists as a creative producer, director, devising ensemble performer or movement director including Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Royal Opera House, the National Theatre, Sadlers Wells and the Wales Millennium Centre.

In 2020/2021 he was a recipient of a UK Creative Community Fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, National Arts Strategies and Derby Museums.

Recently, he has been working for Practic Creations, BBC Studios, AppleTV+ and Framestore on Prehistoric Planet: Ice Age due for release in the UK on November 26 2025 as well as in London on The Herds, which was the mass migration of 100 puppet animals through the streets from the Congo to the Arctic Circle, with The Walk productions.

He is also currently collaborating with Felix Buxton of Basement Jaxx on the RnD of his new musical theatre project Out of the Blue, inspired by Mozart’s Magic Flute, with music recorded by the Sydney Opera House Metropolitan Orchestra.
